If there was ever a time I was super excited to make a post its this one!
Every now and then I like to highlight my favorite public figures or celebrities and their skincare routine.
I’ve been a fan of Meagan Good’s for years! And since she is starring in the popular Harlem show (HEY Camille!).
Even the writers of the show thought her skin was so beautiful that there was actually a line in the script complimenting her skin!
I thought this would be a great time to pay homemage to the beautiful actress and celebrate the premiere of her show.
I have always looked up to Meagan and have always been in awe of her beauty. I’ve met her twice in person. One time in Church in Los Angeles, CA and another time in my second home town where I interviewed her and her husband, Devon Franklin when I used to be a Media Reporter.
Okay I had to brag real quick lol.
I never could figure out what this woman was doing to her skin. For so many years I googled articles and interviews and the most she would admit to is ‘old remedies’ her mom gave her to just using ‘clearasil’ a super affordable over the counter brand.
In fact, never in any of the articles or videos I found did she admit to getting facials. If I recall, she said she never got facials. (Side Eye).
Then, the angels parted the clouds and a video with Meagan herself FINALLY admits to getting facials. But not just any facial.
Its the popular new advanced microneedling/resurfacing treatment called MORPHEUS 8!
When she finally said it, I fell to the ground putting my hands together like prayer hands and screaming at the screen like. ‘FINALLY SIS! I knew you were doing something more intense to achieve your flawless skin’!
If you’re not familiar with Morpheus, Morpheus8 is the latest safe, noninvasive skin resurfacing treatment available in Houston. It’s perfect for taking years off the appearance without surgery and very little downtime. This simple in office procedures is comfortable and only requires some light topical numbing cream. With natural aging, skin may unfortunately begin to look dull and loose its luster, showing off a maze of fine lines and wrinkles.
In addition, Meagan rarely wears a full face of makeup and uses simple face washes including a face wash from Trader Joes!
So, if you’re wanting to get ‘Meagan Good’ skin, maybe you should ramp up your skincare with microneedling or resurfacing.
Take a look at the beautiful actress’s skin!
