You hear it all the time, to lower blood pressure you should follow the D.A.S.H. diet.
No, I’m not talking about the KarDASHian diet. I’m talking about the one according to Dashdiet.org, “Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension”.
This diet consist of fruits and vegetables and low sodium dairy products.
Honestly, I can’t always keep up with that diet so I like to mix it up and incorporate some other things.
In comes JUICING! I love the idea of being able to break down my fruits and veggies and extract the juice from them through my juicer.
Juicing comes with many benefits including the following:
*Guard against oxidative cellular damage
*All of the vitamins, minerals and enzymes are immediately absorbed into your bloodstream when you drink a juice.
*Improves the blood circulation
For me, the improvement of the blood circulation is imperative as every now and then my blood pressure can seem out of wack.
While there is still studies going on, it is said that juicing can possibly lower blood pressure.
I particularly juice the following fruits & veggies to maintain healthy blood flow and nutrient intake.
Every time I drink this recipe I feel the difference in my body. I’m more relaxed more refreshed and feel more energy.
