It can be pretty tough knowing which skincare products to choose from with so many on the market and it doesn’t get any easier when it comes to choosing the right facial tools.
In this article I will break down the best tools to add to your ‘arsenal’ and how they benefit. I personally use these tools myself and they have done wonders.
Facial Scrubber
A facial scrubber is one of the best tools you can add to your skincare regimen. This facial scrubber helps to exfoliate, firm and cleanse the skin when used properly.
The scrubber also helps products penetrate deeper into the skin which gives your skin proper absorption.
Using a scrubber at least once a week will take your skin to another level.
Microdermabrasion Tool.
Let’s face it, microdermabrasions can get a bit costly at the spa, taking you back about $75-$150 per session. To maintain that glowly professional facial look, exfoliating your skin with a proper microderm tool is key.
Typically, just after one application your skin appears immediately brighter and smoother.
I use the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion system. Its’ super affordable and very effective and when used properly, is safe enough for sensitive skin.
I do microdermabrasion at home with this tool at least 3 times a week and my skin is left smooth and much brighter.
Microneedle Tool
Okay, okay I saved this one for last because lets’ be real, how many people are willing to have a bunch of needles poking their face?
Well, you would once you see the results after using it 🙂
The key benefits behind microneedling is new collagen growth, reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improves skin texture.
I have done a professional in office procedure which can run you anywhere from $300-$900 per session, ouch! No wonder many people are doing it from home with a simple roller that contains small needles.
While you may not get the immediate results you’d see from a microneedling pen facial at a professionals office, you’ll begin to see a difference in your skin after a week or two of consistent use.
Let me know in the comments which facial tools you’ve used or which one you are willing to try.
